After getting a puppy, dog owner Hanna might have been hoping that Finn, the golden retriever, would welcome his younger sibling into the fold with ease. Unfortunately for her, Finn had other plans.
Hanna shared a hilarious video on TikTok (@jungle.dock) showing the disastrous way it played out when Finn met the new puppy. Rather than being warm and loving toward the small pup named Tucker, Finn chose to turn his back and face the opposite way instead. When Hanna tried her best to reassure Finn, he simply turned his face and dished out a devastating side-eye.
...Needless to say, internet viewers are obsessed with Finn’s sheer audacity that was caught on camera. Since the video was shared on October 15, it has gone viral with over 2 million views and more than 355,000 likes at the time of writing.
Newsweek has contacted @jungle.dock via TikTok for comment. We could not verify the details of the video.
While Hanna may have been hoping for a more positive first encounter between Finn and Tucker, she couldn’t cope with what actually transpired. Alongside the TikTok video, she joked in the caption that Finn "literally did an about face and would not look" at her.
"This dog has never sat like that before and not since, he was MAD," the caption reads.
Fortunately, it appears that Finn and his younger sibling have bonded much more since that initial meeting. Hanna has continued sharing clips of her two pups on TikTok, with one video showing them chasing each other around the yard and another of them playing on the beach.
The video of Finn refusing to look at his new sibling (or at his owner for that matter) has left social-media users in hysterics, as many people took to the comments to share their reactions. Among the 1,900 comments on the post so far, plenty of TikTok users lauded Finn’s sassy personality, while others jumped to his defense.

Another TikTok user wrote: "Oh, don't mind me, Mom. Just looking for a family that will actually love me."
A third person replied: "That’s a hard no from Finley."
One commenter joked: "he said Hanna send that back right now."
