By Andrew RavensShareNewsweek is a Trust Project memberBrie Garcia, known to WWE fans as Brie Bella, recently stated that she feels she has one more wrestling run left in her career. The WWE Hall of Famer acknowledged that she does not know when or for which promotion this final run might occur. She spoke about her physical readiness in a new episode of The Nikki & Brie Show.
She and her sister, Nikki Bella, looked ahead to their approaching 42nd birthday during the podcast. The sisters each listed some of the future accomplishments they are hoping to achieve in the next year. Brie said that despite her incredibly busy family life, she believes she has more wrestling ahead of her.
She publicly commented on her physical conditioning and overall desire.
Brie said: “I think there is definitely a last run in me. And I am like, I’m at the age and I’m strong. And I think it’s because I’m working out so hard and I’m feeling good.”
The two-time WWE Divas Champion is definitely excited about the prospect of a proper comeback. She is also very hopeful that her sister would be involved.
“But I’m like, there’s for sure a last run in me. But I’m like, wherever it may take me, wherever it may be, I hope it’s with you [Nikki], wherever that is at, who knows? Whether it’s for one night or 200 nights. We’ll see.”
Nikki Bella is currently featured in a prominent heel comeback run in WWE. Brie, however, has not been featured alongside her so far.
More news: WWE Superstar Announces Retirement Match
...Brie believes that her husband, Bryan Danielson, being part of AEW has been a significant obstacle standing in the way of her return to WWE. This potential conflict of interest is likely a roadblock, considering WWE’s general policy on talent associated with rival promotions.
This Friday, November 21, marks the birthdays of both Brie and Nikki Garcia. Nikki, who is currently portraying a heel persona in WWE, listed one of her birthday wishes as defeating the Women’s World Champion, Stephanie Vaquer. The match for the Women’s World Championship is officially scheduled for Survivor Series on November 29.
The ongoing rivalry between Nikki Bella and Stephanie Vaquer intensified this week on Raw. Nikki attacked Vaquer on the stage and proclaimed that she was back to reclaim the division. This Women's World Championship match will take place at Survivor Series: WarGames, an event held at Petco Park in San Diego, California.
