Following his acquisition of Winkworth Beckenham last year, Sean Doyle has now taken over a fourth Winkworth office in Crystal Palace, South-East London.
Having owned the Winkworth Forest Hill and Winkworth New Cross office franchises for the past eight years, the latest branch covers a popular movers’ route for young professionals as they head out to the suburbs, in search of more space and good schools.
Links into London are excellent with London Bridge just under 20 minutes by train and fast connections to Shoreditch and the City on the East London Line. One bed flats start at £250,000, a family house from £750,000 to large, detached period homes for up to £3m.
Team expansion too
Anthony Finn joins the team as Head of Sales and Adeyna McKinley-Waithe moves from the New Cross office to become Head of Lettings.
Sean Doyle, said: “Crystal Palace is a great area, still offering good value, and complements our Forest Hill, New Cross and Beckenham offices as people move out to find homes to suit the next stage in their lives.
“I am delighted to be building such a successful business with Winkworth, a high profile brand with an excellent digital reach.”
Dominic Agace, Chief Executive of Winkworth, added: “This is an excellent move for Sean and it is exciting to see his strategic expansion in an area of London which offers great opportunities for home buyers and investors.”
