Large southern-based agency Andrews Property Group has signed a new three-year deal with Zoopla for its 40 branches.
Andrews has renewed an arrangement to list its properties with Zoopla set up in 2023.
And the move comes hot on the heels of news that Connells and its 86 agency brands had penned a contract with the portal for five years.
Leads jump
Zoopla claims to be the number one place for valuation, and last year Andrews saw both an increase in valuation lead volumes and a 22% jump in leads converted into instructions.
And Zoopla points to close collaboration with Andrews to optimise lead handling.
In December, Andrews, which is owned by a charitable trust, reported a 6% increase in revenue and 12% rise in property transactions.
The company was also named Employer of the Year at The Negotiator Awards, alongside a silver award for Large Estate Agency, bronze for Large Lettings Agency, and highly commended for Community Champion.

David Powell, MD at Andrews (main picture), says: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Zoopla, a key partner that supports Andrews in delivering our medium-term strategy.

Powerful

Paul Whitehead, CEO at Zoopla, says: “I’m thrilled that Andrews have committed to a further partnership with Zoopla.
“This long-term renewal is a powerful endorsement of how we’re delivering real value for money to our customers. We look forward to supporting Andrews’ growth ambitions across the South of England for many years to come.”
