He'd make $13 million per season and have an NIL and revenue share roster investments "exceeding" $25 million per season if he decided to take the deal, according to Yahoo Sports' Ross Dellenger.
"While specific details of the contract remain fluid, sources told Yahoo Sports that school executives have discussed a seven-year, incentive-laden deal worth at least $90 million — figures that would make Kiffin, at the very least, tied for the highest-paid coach in the sport. The school is, as well, promising significant NIL and revenue share roster investments exceeding $25 million — perhaps the most important determining factor for the coach," Dellenger reported.

Not long after the offer was reported, new reports suggested both Florida and Ole Miss have similar offers on the table for the hottest name in the head coaching circuit. However, LSU appears to be emerging as the favorite, according to Matt Zenitz and John Talty of CBS Sports.
"While it is unlikely there will be definitive clarity before next Saturday, numerous sources with knowledge of the situation have told CBS Sports in the last 24 hours that they believe the momentum has shifted in LSU's favor to land the talented head coach. To be clear, that does not mean it's a done deal," the report said.
Kiffin was reportedly "going back and forth by the day" while trying to make a decision before LSU gained momentum. The Gators are reportedly "running third" in the race for the head coach poised to take the Rebels to the College Football Playoff.
