Burrow even appeared at practice and had two full days. However, the team has announced the final availability for the star quarterback.

Burrow went down in Week 1 after suffering the injury, and there were initial reports that he would potentially be out for the remainder of the season. Considering the level of the turf toe injury that occurred, the Bengals' signal caller had to undergo surgery to repair it.
The Bengals put Jake Browning in, who failed to impress, leading to the team trading for Joe Flacco. Flacco has been a bit better, but Cincinnati has only one win in their last eight games.
Burrow's return began to spark hope but that return will be delayed a bit more.

Per multiple reports, Burrow will remain on IR as he recovers from the turf toe injury. Despite a huge indication that he would be able to suit up in Week 12 against the New England Patriots, that will not be the case. Flacco gets another start.

The Bengals have a rough schedule ahead, as they face the Patriots, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins. Three of the four are presumed playoff teams, and the Dolphins are starting to surge.
Cincinnati will need significant wins against all of these opponents to make the playoffs. They are currently 3-7 on the year, and can only afford maybe one more loss before their chances at making the postseason disappear.
If Flacco can lead the Bengals to a huge win over the Patriots, Burrow may return in Week 13 to help lead the charge on a big winning streak. This is assuming the star passer will be ready to go in Week 13.
