Two months after debuting its “largest update ever,” California-based proptech leader RealScout is back with another major upgrade to its AI Search, Scout Score and Contact Enrichment products.

RealScout co-founder and CEO Andrew Flachner said that the updates focus on helping agents stay top of mind with prospective clients by filling gaps that typically lead to weak follow-through, such as ineffective listing searches, difficulty determining the best time to contact buyers or sellers, and incomplete contact information.

“Agents win on relationships, but consistent follow-up is hard to execute at scale,” he said in a prepared statement on Friday. “Winter Release 2026 is designed to make the fundamentals easier: build the right search faster using artificial intelligence, spot who’s heating up, and fill in the missing data that keeps great outreach from happening.”

AI search, which is now widely available after an early access release in December, takes clients’ wish lists and transforms them into a multiple listing service-specific advanced alert. Agents can review the search criteria, edit it and save it as an alert, template or search link. The company said beta testing of the product resulted in agents saving at least 10 minutes on MLS searches, giving them “more time having real conversations” with clients.

The next feature, Scout Score, assigns potential clients an engagement score from 0-100 based on their RealScout activity. The score is updated nightly and after major actions, such as filling out a survey about their immediate homebuying or selling plans, or a notable uptick in home search activity. Agents can use the score to prioritize which clients to follow up with first.

Closing out the slate of updates is Contact Enrichment, which helps complete key contact details, including name, phone, and address, as well as owner and renter information and length of residence, when available.

“The big unlock: once contact details are filled in, agents can reach people more consistently and create Home Value Alerts and relevant Market Activity updates, delivering homeowner value that keeps prospects engaged and agents top of mind,” the announcement read.

RealScout Chief Marketing Officer Seth Price said the updates aren’t about “novelty” but about providing effective solutions that help agents cut through the noise and build relationships that bolster their businesses.

“The next wave of AI isn’t about novelty, it’s about making follow-up easier, more personal and more effective,” he said. “This release moves agents from search to signal: faster setup, clearer prioritization, and better data — so every touchpoint is more timely and more relevant.”
